About the Job
An aluminum-certified, I-CAR GOLD Class, OEM-certified collision repair facility is seeking an experienced Technician who is well-versed in collision repair. Our ideal candidate will be a true craftsman, team player, understand all phases of the process, have their own tools, and perform in a busy environment. I-Car certification preferred, but the candidate must be willing to attend classes and be certified.

- Disassemble vehicles, keep all parts organized and accounted for, begin repairs per file or instruction.
- Assess the damage, coordinate parts required, and discuss additional damage, not on the estimate.
- Ready vehicle for paint and repair vehicle to showroom quality using the latest equipment and OEM procedures.
- Inspect vehicle before final delivery to the customer.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years or more experience preferred.
- Must take pride in your own work and be a craftsman.
- Must have own tools.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Must be organized, flexible, and a team player.
- Must be a self-starter that is also capable of following directions.
- Must be willing to take classes, learn new equipment and achieve certifications.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
